35th Digital Business Congress APDC

Europe in the Digital Age
Balancing Sovereignty, Security, and Innovation

6-7 MAY | Lisbon & Online

Under the theme “Europe in the Digital Age: Balancing Sovereignty, Security, and Innovation,” the APDC Congress reaffirms its position as the leading national forum for strategic reflection on the digital future. It brings together policymakers, business leaders, regulators, academics, and international experts for an in-depth debate on the major challenges shaping the present and future of Europe, and Portugal, in the digital domain.

This year introduces a new participation dynamic, structured across two complementary stages. The programme continues to foster strategic debate on major trends, public policies, geopolitical challenges, and the decisions that will shape Europe’s and Portugal’s digital positioning.

Alongside this, the Future Voices Stage is launched for the first time, dedicated to the active participation of young professionals and emerging voices from the digital ecosystem. More than just a stage, it is a space for co-creation, designed in a more informal and interactive format, encouraging direct conversations on topics that rarely feature in the formal narrative of technology and the digital economy.

This edition also features the Tech & Innovation Show, a dedicated space for showcasing technological solutions and projects, where companies and partners present real-world applications of innovation across key strategic sectors.

With this renewed approach, the Congress strengthens its ambition to bring together experience and fresh perspectives, fostering a more comprehensive, rigorous, and representative dialogue on the digital future.
